N-Glucosides of Aminobenzoic Acids and Aminophenols

N-o-, -m-, and -p-carboxyphenyl-D-glucosylamines and N-o-, -m-, and -p-hydroxyphenyl-D-glucosylamines were synthesized by reaction of D-glucose with o-, m-, and p-aminobenzoic acids and o-, m-, and p-aminophenols. It was demonstrated that both - and -anomers were formed by N-glycosylation of o-, m-, and p-aminobenzoic acids; only -anomers, by N-glycosylation of o-, m-, and p-aminophenols.
