HT-6M托卡马克等离子体紫外-可见谱

摘    要:利用光学多道分析仪(OMA)拍摄了HT-6M托卡马克等离子体近紫外可见谱.系统分析了杂质行为,给出了主要杂质碳和氧的朝内的通量,在简化模型下计算了碳氧的化学溅射率,并由此得出碳氧杂质产生机制和可能的循环途径.结果表明,氧杂质在循环途径中起关键性的作用,控制氧杂质尤其重要.

Abstract:The spectrum of ultraviolet-visible in TH-6M Tokamak plasma is taken by optical spectroscope multichannel analyzer (OMA). The impurity species is identified and the impurity source also is discussed, the content of oxygen and carbon impurity is dominated. The influx of dominated impurity, carbon and oxygen, is about 1.2×1013~7.5×1013 (m-2 s-1 ) and 1.1×1014 (m-2 s-1 ),which is derived from the intensity of emission line. The H-O sputtering yield and the H-C sputtering yield are 0.5~0.6 and 0.3~0.4 when the electron density is above 1.3×1019 (m-3 ),respectively, which is obtained from the rate of the ΓOH and the ΓCH.The C-O sputtering yield is 0.6~0.7, which is induced with a simplified model. The production mechanism and possible recycling way of carbon and oxygen impurity are given. The result shows that oxygen impurity acts as a key role on the recycling way, therefore, it is especially important to control oxygen impurity.
