| Abstract: | This paper gives the approximate equations of the eccentric cylindrical thin shell under small deflections.By means of the analytical method,we solved the equations.Thus the relations between the stress,the displacement and the eccen-tricity of the eccentric cylindrical thin shell are obtained. |
