密封继电器内气样提取技术的研究

摘    要:介绍了自制的气体取样技术,这项技术成功地解决了国内外存在的处于工作环境温度和动作过程中提取密封继电器罩内气样的技术难题.它不仅可靠地提取密封继电器的气样,而且还可对其它充气密封元器件的气样进行卓有成效的提取,也可对各种材料释放的气体进行取样,供高灵敏度的四极质谱计分析.从而为我国的密封元器件按GJB548第1018条规定的实施检测创造了有利条件

Abstract:A new gas sampling technique is presented in this paper.This technique makes it realizable to sample gases in sealed relay under the working environment and during the working process.Not only gases in the sealed relay but gases in other sealed gasfilled devices can be sampled reliably and successfully by using this technique.Furthermore the gases released from all kinds of materials can be sampled and analysed by high sensitive quadrupole mass spectronmeters. This technique makes it possible to detect the sealed devices according to GJB 548 1 018.
