| Abstract: | Diffraction of X-rays in thick perfect crystals with deformed subsurface layers has been investigated. It is shown that in deformed layers kinematic scattering occurs, while in the bulk of perfect part dynamic scattering takes place. It is revealed that in the beams diffracted on surface defects, an essential role plays the second harmonic of the employed characteristic MoKα1 radiation. |
