| Abstract: | The non-isolated adducts (3a,b) were used as key intermediates to synthesize some novel thiazolidine and thiophene derivatives. Compound (4) exhibited a remarkable antitumor activity against EAC cells compared with the Doxorubicin as a positive control. |
