| Abstract: | Herein, two improved synthetic pathways to biologically relevant Cys-Xxx-Cys analogue ligands used in conjunction with metals as metalloenzyme models (Ni for carbon monoxide dehydrogenase/acetyl-CoA synthase A-cluster; Co and Fe for nitrile hydratase) are reported. |
