| Abstract: | The estimation of cysteine hydrochloride can be carried out quantitatively against standard nickel sulphate solution using 1-(pyridyl-2′-azo)-naphthol-(2) in carbonate-bicarbonate buffer medium of pH 10.0. Other natural amino acids have no interference with the titration. |
