摘    要:文章介绍了自组织生长半导体量子线、量子点和量子环的进展,同时介绍了这些低维半导体材料在光电子和通信等领域应用情况。此外,对这些材料的一些测试方法也进行了介绍.

Abstract:In this paper, the progress of self-assembled growth for semiconductor quantum wires, quantum dots and quantum rings is reviewed, and the applications of these materials in the fields of optoelectronics and telecommunications are described. In addition, some test methods for these materials are discussed.
