摘 要: | 本文给出了K9玻璃零件被不同粒度的磨料磨削之后,其表面的轮廓算术平均偏差Ra、微观不平度十点高度Rz、轮廓最大高度Ry等数值,使我们对磨削之后的光学零件表面所能达到的粗糙度等级有一个定量的认识。为工艺、设计人员提供了有用的参考数据。

Abstract: | After K9 glass elements are grinded by variety abrasives,the arithmetical average deva-tion(Ra)for profile、the micro-inequality(Rz)for ten point the most highness(Ry)for profile of thatsurface are given in this paper,making us have a quantitative knowing to the precision of the optical ele-ments grinded surface. Useful reference data are provided for technologists and designers. |
