| 摘 要： | 在理论上预言了一种新的参量空间光学双稳态，即以偏置电压为输入参量，Ｂｉ１２ＳｉＯ２０晶体输出的高斯光束远场光斑中心点的光强为输出参量和输入高斯光束功率为常量的一种光学双稳态。并且在实验中分别实现了正偏置和反偏置两种情况下的偏置双稳态。

| Abstract: | A new optical bistability is predicted, in which the bias voltage is refered as input and the light intensity in the centre of far field facula of Gauss light beam passing through Bi 12 SiO 20 (BSO) crystal as output. This bistability has been demonstrated in the experiment of positive bias voltage and negative bias voltage conditions. The experimental results are in consistent with the theory. |
