| Abstract: | Drug crime has become a prominent issue of great concern to all countries in the world.In addition to the common traditional drugs,a large number of new synthetic drugs have been pouring into the domestic market from abroad.These drugs are added to different matrix types and are more difficult to detect.Based on this,the pretreatment methods and detection techniques of common drugs in different substrates at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,showing the extraction efficiency of the pretreatment methods and the detection effects of different detection techniques.For instrument detection technology,specific data of the sample such as the limit of quantitation and limit of detection,linear relationship,recovery rate,etc.were given,and the detection method was summarized and prospected,hoping to provide some reference for scientific research and actual case handling. |
