摘    要:建立在线超滤–离子色谱法测定地下水中碘化物的方法。选择Metrosep A Supp 5–150型色谱柱,以3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3–1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3–8% 丙酮混合溶液为淋洗液,流量为0.7 mL/min,进样体积为200 μL,检测温度为50 ℃。碘化物的质量浓度在0.000~1.00 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,线性相关系数r=0.999 8,检出限为0.002 mg/L。实际样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%~2.2%(n=6),加标回收率为89.0%~103.3%。该方法无需进行样品前处理,可直接进样,操作简便,灵敏度高,适用于地下水中碘化物的测定。

Abstract:An ion chromatography method for determining iodide in underground water by inline ultrafiltration was established.Metrosep A Supp 5–150 chromatographic column was employed,3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3–1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3–8%CH3COCH3 mixture solution was used as the eluent,the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min,the injection volume was 200μL,the dectction temperature was 50℃.The mass concentration of iodide in the range of 0.000–1.00 mg/L had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area,the linear correlation coefficient r=0.9998.The detection limit of iodide was 0.002 mg/L,the relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.5%–2.2%(n=6),the recoveries were 89.0%–103.3%.The method does not require sample pretreatment and can be injected directly,which is simple,sensitive and suitable for the determination of iodide in groundwater.
