摘    要:2,4,6-三芳基吡啶是一类重要的杂环化合物,在多个领域有广泛的应用。本文在氯化胆碱/对甲苯磺酸组成的低共熔溶剂中,以芳香酮、芳香醛、乙酸铵为原料,微波辐射下一锅合成了一系列2,4,6-三芳基吡啶,产率74.6~90.7%,产物结构经^1H NMR、^13 C NMR表征。该法具有反应条件温和、操作简单、产率较高、耗时短、绿色环保等优势。

Abstract:As an important class of heterocyclic compounds,2,4,6-triarylpyridines have been applied in many fields.A series of 2,4,6-triarylpyridines were synthesized from aromatic ketones,aryl aldehydes and ammonium acetate in deep eutectic solvent composed by choline chloride and p-toluensulfonic acid under microwave irradiation conditioninyields of 74.6~90.7%.The structure of the products was indentified by 1H-NMR and 13 C-NMR spectroscopy.This method had several advantages such aseasy work up,short reaction time,environmental friendliness and high yields.
