The Analysis on Employment Orientation and its Reasons of Postgraduates Who Majored in Vocational & Technical Education

Vocational and technical education plays an important role in the development of economy and society, so the postgraduates who majored in vocational and technical education will be the important part in the development of vocational education. However, there is a tendency that the postgraduates are to choose their job which is unrelated to their majors, due to influence of cognitive bias to the traditional education values and the current development situation of higher vocational & technical education. In order to solve this problem, on one hand, the postgraduates should adjust their attitude and set a suitable goal, on the other hand, the society and university should take active measures together to cope with problems in the development of vocational education, so we will radically create a fine environment for the talents.
