高职教育旅游管理人才培养模式体系的简约性研究——以广东女子职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

一直以来，学界重点关注人才培养模式的创建工作，且新旧观点争论不休。要从根本上终结这种无用的从理论到理论、空对空的空谈局面，就得将繁杂的人才培养模式体系化、简约化，具体包括人才培养理念的根本化、人才培养目标的明确化和人才培养模式的融合化三个层次。

In order to fundamentally end this useless way to deal with the situation by prittle-pratlle, we have to simplify and systemize the system of personnel training mode, including the integration of the three levels： personnel training views, personnel training objectives and personnel training model.
