| 摘 要： | 介绍了提取沏其日甘-5中水溶性多糖、碱溶性多糖的提取方法,并用硫酸-苯酚法测定了沏其日甘-5中总糖、水溶性多糖、碱溶性多糖、不溶性多糖和游离糖的含量.平均回收率为103.2%,RSD为0.91%.

| Abstract: | The water-soluble polysaccharide,alkali-soluble polysaccharide were extracted from Qiqirigan-5,and the contents of total saccharides,water-soluble polysaccharides,alkali-soluble polysaccharide,water-insoluble polysaccharides and free saccharides were determined by phenyl phenol-sulfuric acid method.The average recovery was 103.2%,and the RSD was 0.91%. |
