| 摘 要： | PCR产物与克隆载体连接是基因克隆环节中重要的一步。但是，商品化的T载体价格相对来说比较昂贵。因此，利用实验中剩余的空载体构建T载体，通过对其连接效率进行验证，证明该方法是一种经济有效的办法，可以满足基因克隆的需要。

| Abstract: | The linkage of PCR product and cloning vector is an important step in the process of a gene cloning. But the price of commercialized T - vector is quite expensive. Therefore, the remaining empty vector in the experiment is used for construction of T- vector, the efficiency of its connections to verify that the method is a cost - effective approach to meet the needs of gene cloning. |
