摘    要:分别采用沉淀法、凝胶辅助的固相反应法和甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备了钐掺杂的氧化铈材料,结果表明,用后两种方法制备的粉体能够满足固体电解质的要求,其中,凝胶辅助的固相反应法制备的粉体粒度约为20~100nm,甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备的粉体粒度更小,表现为许多超细纳米颗粒的团聚体.二者烧结体的致密度分别可以达到95%和97%,800℃时的电导率分别为0.071S/cm和0.074S/cm.

Abstract:Sm doped CeO_2 powders were prepared using co-precipitation, gel-cast, and glycine-nitrates process, respectively. Results show that powders prepared from gel-cast and glycine-nitrates process can be used as solid electrolyte in SOFCs. Particle size from gel-cast method is 20~100 nm, while that from glycine-nitrates process shows aggregate of superfine nano-particle. The densities of the sintered bodies are 95% and 97%, and the conductivities at 800 ℃ are 0.071 S/cm and 0.074 S/cm, respectively.
