摘    要:用单向拉伸实验和动态热机械分析,研究了奥克托金(HMX)粒度、粒度级配技术和键合剂(BA-663)应用对PNIMMO(聚3-硝酸酯甲基-3-甲基氧丁环)基推进剂静、动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,对HMX进行粒度级配后,PNIMMO基推进剂的力学性能优于应用单一粒度HMX的推进剂,应用键合剂BA-663后,推进剂的力学性能得到进一步改善。

Abstract:The influences of particle size of HMX, size mixture and bonding agent (BA-663) on the mechanical properties of PNIMMO based propellant were studied by means of unilateral tensile method and dynamic mechanical analyzer. It has been indicated that the mechanical properties of propellants with size mixture HMX are better than those of the propellants with single particle size HMX, and the mechanical properties of propellant could be further enhanced by the mixtures application of BA-663.
