石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中高盐分样品的镉

摘    要:研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定土壤的高盐分样品中镉的适宜条件。经过试验,在高盐情况下,会产生严重的干扰,难于取得准确结果。而采用低温原子化,可消除干扰,提高灵敏度。同时,具有准确、简便的特点,保护和延长了石墨管的寿命,节约了生产成本。方法检出限为:0.003μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD%(n=12)为5.28。

Abstract:The high-saline cadmium in the soil was determined by GFAAS under the suitable conditions.It was found that high-saline situation will lead to serious interference,and difficult to achieve satisfactory results,which was eliminated by atomization at lower temperature to improve the sensitivity as well as the precision and convenience and protect the graphite tube to reduce the production cost.The detection limit is 0.003μg/L and the relative standard deviation(n=12) is 5.28%.
