Empirical study on optimizing of vehicle route in regional distribution

Regional distribution is ubiquitous as logistics activities, and the key to optimize distribution system is the distribution route optimization. The substance of the route optimization in distribution is the problem of the shortest path and the problem to dispatch vehicles that are with the same start and end point in a single field, non-full loaded, and the time window limited. Taking H company as an example, excel modeling method, and economical method used, the paper analyzes the route optimizing in regional distribution.
