重氮化5-氨基-吡唑还原合成5-H-吡唑衍生物

摘    要:5-氨基吡唑类化合物,经重氮化后,在铜粉存在下,可高收率地生成相应的5-H-吡唑衍生物。研究证明,铜粉作为还原剂直接参与了反应。为考察反应的适用范围,选用含不同取代基的5氨基吡唑衍生物进行研究,结果表明,它们均能被还原,高收率地生成相应的还原产物。该方法操作简便、反应条件温和、时间短、产物易分离纯化。

Abstract:The various substituted diazotized 5-aminopyrazole derivatives can be reduced easily to obtained 5-H-pyrazole derivatives with a mild condition in the presence of Cu power which straight participated in the reaction as a reducing reagent. The separation and purification of the products are very convenient.
