摘    要:分析鸡精调味料中谷氨酸钠含量测量不确定度的影响因素,建立数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行了分析和计算。当鸡精调味料中谷氨酸钠的含量为49.15%时,谷氨酸钠含量测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.34%(k=2)。

Abstract:The influencing factors of the uncertainty of measurement for the content of monosodium glutamate of chicken essence seasoning were discussed and modeled by mathematical expression. The components of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed and calculated. The expanded uncertainty of measurment result of monosodium glutamate is 0.34%( k =2), when the content of monosodium glutamate in chicken essence seasoning is 49.15%.
