Abstract: | The structure of [Os7(CO)20P(OMe)3] has been determined by an X-ray diffraction study. The metal-atom skeleton consists of a capped octahedron, in which the capping Os-atom bears the P(OMe)3 ligand and two terminal COs, while the other six Os-atoms bear three terminal COs each. |
