Abstract:	The kinematical factor in the positivity bound (36) is incorrect. The bound correctly reads $\begin{array}{lll} &&(1-\xi^2)^3\, \Big\|\, {\cal I}_{\lambda'\lambda}(x,\xi,\vec{b}) \,\Big\|^2 \\ && \le {\cal I}_{++}\Big(\frac{x-\xi}{1-\xi},0, \frac{\vec{b}}{1-\xi}\Big) {\cal I}_{++}\Big(\frac{x+\xi}{1+\xi},0, \frac{\vec{b}}{1+\xi}\Big) . \end{array}$ Our corrected result agrees with inequality (25) in 1], taking into account the different normalization conventions here and there.Published online: 9 October 2003Erratum published online: 10 October 2003
