| 摘 要： | 通过对哈尔滨花园小学图书馆的修缮改造,提出对保护性古旧建筑的结构检测、鉴定及加固的技术措施和方法.为其他同类保护性建筑的修缮改造工程积累了经验,提供了技术措施和理论依据.

| Abstract: | According to the securing and improving of the Harbin Garden Elementary School library building,this paper presents methods and technical measures to test,check,secure and improve the old and valuable buildings to be protected.This paper not only accumulates experience but also provides technical measures and theoretical proofs of other similar buildings. |
