摘    要:在室温下使用机械化学法,通过引入微量甲醇与油胺作为配体辅助合成,成功制备了CsPbBr3-Cs4PbBr6 钙钛矿复合纳米晶(NCs)。对该纳米晶进行粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、元素含量分析(EDS)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、光致发光(PL)光谱及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试。与未添加甲醇的样品相比,添加0.85 mL甲醇的样品发光强度提高了58%,量子产率(PLQY)从11%提高到55%,并且复合NCs中Cs4PbBr6的存在使得样品的室温稳定性得到改善。本实验证实了机械化学法制备过程中甲醇的引入可以调整复合物纳米晶的成分,从而显著提高产物的发光强度和稳定性,为室温合成发光纳米晶提供了新思路。

Abstract:CsPbBr3-Cs4PbBr6 perovskite composite nanocrystals (NCs) were successfully prepared by mechanochemistry method at room temperature, introducing trace amounts of methanol and oleylamine as ligands. The nanocrystals were tested by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), elemental content analysis (EDS), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Compared with the samples without methanol, the luminescence intensity of the samples with 0.85 mL methanol increases by 58%, and the quantum yield (PLQY) increases from 11% to 55%. Moreover, the presence of Cs4PbBr6 in the composite NCs improves the stability of the samples at room temperature. This experiment confirm that the introduction of methanol in the mechanochemistry preparation process could adjust the composition of the complex nanocrystals, thus significantly improving the luminescence intensity and stability of the products, which provides a new idea for the synthesis of luminescent nanocrystals at room temperature.
