Abstract:
We present photoluminescence measurements under strong magnetic field done on a sample with charged (n-doped) quantum dots. We have shown that the broadening of the luminescence line does not give a measure of the QDs size dispersion, and that the coupling of electron/hole pairs with LO phonons is greatly enhanced, because of the presence of the ionised impurities nearby the charged dots.
