摘    要:本文提出了ICP-AES直接同时测定高纯氧化铕中14个稀土和20个非稀土杂质元素的分析方法。着重考察了铕基体对分析元素的基体效应,谱线干扰及背景影响等情况。用标准加入法测出氧化铕基准中的微量杂质元素,消除了由于忽略基准中的杂质元素的含量给分析测定带来的误差。同时对仪器的工作条件进行了优化。

Abstract:The paper put forward a method for determining 14 rare earth impurity elements & 20 non rare earth impurity elements directly by ICP AES . We focused our investigation on the matrix effects, spectrum interference & background on the spectral lines of other rare earth elements in europium oxide matrix. Determining trace impurity element of the standard europium oxide by the standard addition method. So the errors owing to neglecting the impurity in the standard are eliminated. At the same time the optimum condition was selected.
