| Abstract: | A review is presented on the analytical methods of orotic acid.UV-Vis spectrophotometry,fluorescence spectrometry,electrochemical method,chromatography,GC-MS,LC/MS/MS and calorimetry were related.The trends of the development of the analytical methods are proposed. |
