摘    要:采用自动设计、组装的激光气化等离子体发射光谱分析装置,系统地研究了单矿物锡石中21种元素的蒸发、激发特性。将样品全蒸发输入ICP激发,光谱测定,分析结果与经化学分离富集、ICP-AES测定结果吻合。

Abstract:A method for the determination of Fe, Ti, W, V, Cr, Nb, Hf, Mo, In, Ag,Co, Ni, Ph, Sc, Mn, Y, Yb, Bi, Be, B and Sb in cassiterite minerals by CO2 continuous laser-ICP-AES system is studied. By means of the studies on the vaporific characteristic of each element, the mode of complete vaporisation is elected to make the sample interact with laser in chamber and completely vaporized, then the vapour is transported into ICP torch by argon flow. A new type of sample chamber is designed,and the optimisation of analytical system is realized. A simple and rapid analytical method for the determination of cassiterite is blished. There,s no need of complex preparation.s of sample before determination, and a less amount of sample is needed (only 0. 5mg each time). The methods of how to improve the sensitivities of refractory elements Nb, Ta, Zr and Hf are discussed. The precision and accuracy are tested. The precisions (RSD) (n=5) of the elements are usually 12%.
