| 摘 要： | 以逐步宽容约束(GECM)方法为基础,构建多目标线性规划模型,以社会、经济和生态效益为系统约束,设置涉及土地面积、土地利用结构、宏观计划、资源及技术约束等8个方面的GECM约束条件,对广州市花都区土地利用结构进行优化配置研究,研究表明花都区2008年的用地水平接近2020年合理用地的规模,研究结果可为花都研究区土地资源合理利用提供建议。 |
