综放工作面过风氧化带围岩控制技术

摘    要:平朔井工三矿39017工作面局部区域为风氧化带,综放工作面过风氧化带期间存在安全隐患问题,为使综放工作面安全高效通过风氧化带,采取如下措施:一是在39107辅运巷超前注浆加固;二是使用U型棚支架加强支护39107辅运巷;三是加强工作面条件管理,如提高初撑力、顶梁铺网、架前注浆等方法。目前工作面已顺利通过风氧化带,确保了安全生产,提高了煤炭回收率,提升了生产效益。

Abstract:Local areas of 39,017 mining face in third underground mine of Pingshuo is wind oxidation zone, which are security risks in mechanized caving face. In order to make the mechanized caving face pass through the wind oxidation zone safely and efficiently, following measures are taken: firstly grouting 39107 auxiliary operation lane in advance, secondly using an u -shaped tent to strengthen 39107 auxiliary lane; Thirdly strengthen the management of working conditions, such as raising setting load, top beam web and grouting in front of the bracket, etc. At present, the working face has passed the wind oxidized zone, ensured the safety in production, improved the coal recovery rate and the production efficiency.
