矿用锂离子动力电池安全性智能充电关键技术研究

摘    要:结合矿用锂离子动力电池在充电时的安全性特点,设计了一套可靠的矿用动力锂离子电池充电机。对该充电机采用的关键结构进行了介绍和分析,在理论推导和实验的基础上,对移相芯片UCC3895的参数进行了设计和优化,并介绍了最新的MAX11068电池管理芯片在该充电机上的应用。该充电机能快速安全地给大容量锂离子电池组进行充电,对于锂离子动力电池在煤矿安全生产中的推广应用具有重要意义。

Studies on the Large capacity Mine Lithium ion Battery Intelligent Charger

Abstract:Combined with the security problem of the charging of mine large - capacity lithium ion battery , the author puts forward a reliable scheme of the lithium - ion battery charger. In this paper, the key structure and function of the charger are introduced and analyzed, the parameter of the phase - shifting chip UCC3895 are designed and optimized, the authors also introduces the MAX11068 battery management chip' s application in the charger, which can quickly and safely complete the charging process of the large capacity lithium ion bat- teries. The promotion and application of the large - capacity lithium ion battery is of great significance in the coal mine security production.
