| 摘 要： | 山西古村落在中国古村落体系中具有重要地位，旅游开发前景广阔，而目前相关的学术研究极少．运用SWOT分析法对山西古村落旅游发展的内部优势与劣势（SW）和外部机遇与挑战（OT）进行了较为系统的梳理，认为山西古村落旅游开发整体上处于起步阶段，与某些兄弟省区存在一定差距，但自身资源禀赋好，处于机遇期和发展关键期，可以成为山西省旅游经济新的增长点．并提出了有针对性的建议，有助于理清山西古村落旅游发展的思路．
