基于犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊环境下的TODIM方法

摘    要:在决策过程中TODIM方法能有效的捕捉决策者的心理行为。犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊集不但能反映正反两个方面的不确定性,而且能反映决策者的犹豫程度。本文将TODIM方法扩展到犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊集。首先定义了犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊环境下的测量函数,用于比较两个犹豫毕达哥拉斯模糊数的大小,其次计算每个备选方案相对其它备选方案的相对优势度,然后根据相对优势度选出最佳方案。最后,用航空公司服务质量的评估来说明本文给出方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The TODIM method can capture the decision maker’s psychological behavior effectively in the decision-making process. Hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy set can not only reflect uncertainty of things to be evaluated from both positive and negative aspects, but also reflect hesitation of decision maker’s degree. In this paper, we extend the TODIM method to solve MCDM problem with hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy information. First, we define the measurement function under hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy environment, which is used to compare magnitude of hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy numbers. Then, we calculate the dominance degree of each alternative related to others. By dominance degree of each alternative, we can select the best alternative. Finally, evaluation of service quality among airline is used to illustrate feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
