| 摘 要： | 无刷直流电机控制系统中采用电子换相,换相逻辑信号通常取决于位置传感器信号。针对无刷直流电机位置传感器的相序测定方法进行了研究,分析了无刷直流电机的运行原理和结构特征,阐述了无刷直流电机的控制方法,提出了一种测定无刷直流电机相序的有效方法。通过理论分析了该方法的可行性,实验证明此方法可以快速有效地确定无刷直流电机的相序关系。

| Abstract: | The control system of Brushless DC Motor(BDCM) adopt electron exchange phase logic.It is dependent on the signal of position sensors.The method of determining phase-sequence of the BLDC motor is discussed.The operating principle and structures of BDCM are analyzed firstly.Then the control method is illustrated,and a practical method of determining phase-sequence of BDCM is introduced at the same time.Based on the theoretical analysis and the experimental result,it is shown that phase sequence of BDCM can be determined fast and effectively with the method. |
