| 摘 要： | 采用近似方法，对于光漂白形成的平面波导啁啾光栅，计算了一级衍射光的衍射效率，在实验上用光漂白方法制备出PMMA／DR1平面波导啁啾光栅，测量了光栅一级衍射的衍射效率。

| Abstract: | With approximated method, the first order diffraction effciency diffraction of waveguide chirped grating was caculated in theory in this paper. The chirped gratings with different photobleaching time on PMMA/DR1 doped polymer waveguied by photobleaching method was prepared and the first order diffraction effciency diffraction of grating was measured in experiment. |
