| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用硝基苯萃取处理前后的胰蛋白酶溶液的拉曼光谱。通过分析酰胺Ⅰ和酰胺Ⅲ的拉曼特征频率，初步推断出该胰蛋白酶是含有α－螺旋、β－折叠和无规卷曲结构。同时对其侧链结构也做了初步分析

| Abstract: | The Raman spectra of native trypsin in aqueous solution and trypsin extracted by nitrobenzene have been obtained. From a combined analysis of the amide Ⅰ and amide Ⅲ bands it is concluded that trypsin consists of α helix, β sheet and random coil. The side chain conformation of trypsin also has been studied. |
