水相法合成双(环戊二烯基)钛氨基酸配合物的研究

摘    要:以N-(取代苯基)氨基乙酸及盐与双(环戊二烯基)二氯化钛在水相及有机相反应,得到了五个双(环戊二烯基)钛氨基酸配合物,对配合物进行了熔点、元素分析、IR及^1HNMR的表征,确定了它们的结构。这些配合物在空气中稳定。经比较,水相中的合成反应速度快,操作简便,产物较易分离,产率高。

Abstract:Dicyclopentadienyl titanium (IV) amino acid complexes of the type Cp2Ti (O2CCH2-NHC6H4R))2(R = H,p - Cl,p - OC2H5, m - CH3, m = Cl)have been synthesized in aqueous medium by the reaction of titanocene dicholoride ( Cp2TiCl2) with sodium or potassium salts of the amino acids RC6H4NHCH2COOH(R = H, p - Cl, p - OC2H5, m - CH.,, m - Cl) ,or in nonaqueous medium by the reaction of Cp2TiCl2 with the RC6H4NHCH2COOH in presence of NEt3. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, 1R and 1H NMR. Having compared the facts from aqueous medium with in nonaquous medium,we have found that in aqueous medium, the reaction is faster,and [he produet yield is higher.
