| Abstract: | We describe in this review paper the theoretical foundations and numerical implementation of spetral methods for partial differential equations. We present some of the most interesting research fields on spetral methods in recant years, especially the domain decomposition techniques, different methematical models coupling, as well as different discretization methods coupling. Some of the recent developements are given. |
