摘    要:依据测量不确定度评定与表示计量技术规范,对气体吸附法测定多孔材料比表面积和孔径分布进行了测量不确定度评定.通过对各不确定度分量的评定,得到了测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并找出了影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素.

Abstract:According to the technical specification for the evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty, measurement uncertainty evaluation on specific surface area determined with gas adsorption method and pore size distribution of porous material were conducted. Combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained by evaluating each main uncertainty quantity, and the main effect factors on the uncertainty of measurement results had been found.
