Abstract:In the process of green supplier selection,the numbers of evaluation attributes obviously exceeds the number of available suppliers,and there is a priority order relationship among attributes,the neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic prioritized QUALIFLEX method is proposed to solve the problem of green supplier selection.Firstly,the neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic set was used to represent the evaluation information and evaluation weights.Secondly,a priority matric is constructed to precisely the attribute weights.Considering the requirements of decision makers on the evaluation attributes and the ordering relationship between the attributes,the weights are revised.Then,an improved neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy language cosine distance measure is proposed,and the QUALIFLEX method was used to determine the ranking of alternative suppliers.Finally,a case of chemical and pharmaceutical companies to select raw material suppliers is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
