Raman scattering and bond structure in chalcogenide glasses (SeGe system) |

| Abstract: | The Raman Scattering from amorphous SeGe is studied in the whole range of germanium content up to 80%. The result suggests an appearance of three-fold coordinated bond between Se and Ge above the germanium con- content of 40%. |
