摘    要:我国的饭店业在改革开放后得到了充分的发展,但结构不平衡、产品同质化又导致了饭店间的恶性价格竞争,严重制约了我国饭店业的进一步发展。饭店只有增强自身竞争力,开发个性化的服务产品,满足现代客人追求个性的需要,才是自我发展的有效途径。

Abstract:After years of economic reform, the hotel industry in China are developing greatly, but not balanced. This result leads to vicious competition among hotels, and the room rate is tending downward, for the hotels in main land China always compete with components by room rate, instead of by personalizing service. The low room rate affects the hotels' future greatly. Personalization might be the best way to boost hotels' competitiveness.
