微波消解—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定花生及饼粕中的微量元素

摘    要:采用微波技术消解花生及饼粕样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的铜、锌、铅、镉的含量.实验结果表明,花生及饼粕中,Zn、Cu含量比较丰富,几乎不含有Pb、Cd.以花生饼粕为例,详细研究最佳样品处理条件及最佳仪器工作条件,考察了方法的准确度和精密度.铜、锌、铅、镉的加标回收率分别为95.0%-98.7%、90.0%-94.7%、93.0%-98.8%,92.0%-97.8%,相对标准偏差分别为1.39%-2.28%、1.69%-2.87%、0.95%-2.01%,1.63%-2.39%,测定结果准确可靠.

Abstract:Shelled peanut and peanut meals are treated by microwave technology,and the contents of Copper,Zinc,Lead and Cadmium are determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The experimental results indicate that the contents of Zn and Cu are quite abundant in shelled peanut and peanut meal with little Pb and Cd.A detailed study is to determine the best conditions for sample handling,the best working conditions of equipment,and the accuracy and precision of methods.The test recovery of Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd is 95.0%~98.7%,90.0%~94.7%,93.0%~98.8% and 92.0%~97.8%,respectively;the relative standard deviation is 1.39%~2.28%,1.69%~2.87%,0.95%~2.01%,1.63%~2.39%,respectively and the results are reliable.
