脂肪胺浮选捕收剂的光化学降解

摘    要:对水体中脂肪胺阳离子浮选捕收剂(癸烷基丙基醚胺、十二烷基丙基醚胺、十二胺和十八胺)的降解方法与效果进行了研究. 生物降解性(BOD/CODCr比值)实验研究表明,这四种脂肪胺浮选捕收剂均难以生物降解. UV/H2O2/air氧化法是一种降解脂肪胺浮选捕收剂的有效方法,其降解率高、反应条件温和、操作简易,无二次污染. 降解率大小顺序为:癸烷基丙基醚胺>十二胺>十二烷基丙基醚胺>十八胺,与COD去除率大小顺序一致. 在pH为4.5、起始质量浓度为10 mg·L-1、1%的H2O2作为光催化剂、紫外光照15 min的条件下,癸烷基丙基醚胺的降解率为99.99%,COD去除率为78.06%. 测定了十二烷基丙基醚胺和十八胺两种典型脂肪胺浮选捕收剂模拟废水降解前后的红外吸收谱图,初步探讨了UV/H2O2/air光化学氧化法处理脂肪胺浮选捕收剂模拟废水的降解机理.

Abstract:The photochemical degradation of four typical fatty amine flotation collectors,decyl propyl ether amine,dodecyl propyl ether amine,laurylamine,and stearylamine,in water was studied.The results of biodegradation tests(the ratio of BOD/CODCr) showed the four flotation collectors were difficult to be biodegraded.The UV/H2O2/air oxidation method was suitable for degrading fatty amine flotation collectors.This method was significant with advantages such as high degradation rate,mild reaction conditions,easy oper...
