| 摘 要： | 用清洁级ICR小鼠作动物整体试验，通过小鼠髓嗜多染红细胞（PCE）的微核试验，小鼠骨髓染色体畸变试验等方法，测定芜菁叶汁对环磷酰胺（Cyclophsopamide，以下简称CP）引起遗传物质损伤的保护拮抗效应，灌胃（ig)不同剂量叶汁均使小鼠骨髓PCE微核率、骨髓染色体畸变率有所下降，且具有明显的剂量效应，芜菁叶汁对环磷酰胺引起小鼠的损伤具有明显的拮抗作用，提示芜菁叶汁具有一定的抗突变作用。 |

| Abstract: | To study the antagonistic action of Brassica rapa leaf juice on damaged mouse induced by cy-clophospamide (CP). the PCE micronucleus test and chromosomal aberration test were used. The dose of Brassica rapa leaf juice irrigated is significantly effective in reducing micronucleus rate of PCE and chromosomal aberration rate induced by CP in bone marrow of mice. The leaf juice of Brassica rapa has a remarkable antagonistic action on the injury induced by CP. So the leaf juice of Brassica rapa has an efficient antimutagenic action. The possible mechanism of antiradiation of leaf juice of Brassica rapa was also discussed. |
