摘    要:在硼硅玻璃窑炉自动配料中,由于料方中含有氢氧化铝、硼砂、食盐等易结块等成分,特别在低速和点动加料过程中,一方面需要控制变频器旋转精度,另一方面需要在低频率下获得高的转矩,传统的V/F控制已经满足不了控制要求,在配料系统中,采用MD380变频器,对变频电机进行编码器改造,进行无极变速有编码器的矢量控制,得到了较好的成本控制和满意的效果。

Abstract:In borosilicate glass furnace automatic hatching, due to the feed contains aluminum hydroxide, borax, salt and other ingredients such as caking thinings, especially at low speed and dynamic feeding process, We need to control the rotation accuracy of the frequency converter, on the other hand, we need to get high torque at low frequency, the traditional V/F control can not meet the control requirements, in the batching system, We use the MD380 inverter and transform the frequency conversion motor with coder and vector speed control, obtained better cost control and satisfactory effect.
