矢量控制在配料系统中研究与应用

在硼硅玻璃窑炉自动配料中,由于料方中含有氢氧化铝、硼砂、食盐等易结块等成分,特别在低速和点动加料过程中,一方面需要控制变频器旋转精度,另一方面需要在低频率下获得高的转矩,传统的V/F控制已经满足不了控制要求,在配料系统中,采用MD380变频器,对变频电机进行编码器改造,进行无极变速有编码器的矢量控制,得到了较好的成本控制和满意的效果。
